How to Get Started
The best way to get started in Yoga is to come on in and try a Yoga class. If you have any questions before attending such as what to wear, what to expect and what you might want to bring, contact Lori.
Below is the Schedule for Yoga Classes Taught by Lori at Body Basics Herbs and Yoga. Yoga mats are available for use. Be sure to bring water and contact Lori if you have any questions at all.

Every Monday
8:30 a.m. Healing Yoga (Beginner through Intermediate) $5.00 per class – Body Basics
6:00 p.m. Power Yoga (Beginner through Advanced) $8.00 per class – Body Basics
Every Wednesday
8:30 a.m. Healing Yoga (Beginner through Intermediate) $5.00 per class – Body Basics
